#endowarrior🎗 This month has been one of the mo #endowarrior🎗 This month has been one of the most challenging for me thus far.⁣
⁣
As many of you may know (hey, IG story fam💕👋🏾), I decided to face one of my biggest fears this month and have laparoscopic surgery to see if I have endometriosis. I’ve suffered from debilitating period cramps ever since I was 14 and I needed answers. At this point in time, I’m coming to terms with knowing that this journey will unfortunately continue. However, I still feel the need to share my story and spread awareness about this disease. Excruciating period cramps are not normal!
⁣
For those that are interested, I created a YouTube video (link in bio) sharing my journey with the surgery and my diagnosis. I truly hope it helps those that may be in the same shoes as me or help others understand what women with endometriosis have to deal with. ⁣

Huge thank you to this community for uplifting me, keeping me in their prayers and sending their well wishes. You don’t know how much that has strengthened me over the past few weeks. 💕

For me, these are my early morning hours but I was For me, these are my early morning hours but I wasn’t always good with how I used that time.⁣
⁣
Back in my early 20s, I was desperate to grow in the fashion industry. So much so, I would dedicate my early morning hours to work because I was already naturally waking up at 5AM and thought it was the smart thing to do. ⁣
⁣
No one stopped me. In fact, they liked having someone to get the work done. I would work the early hours at home and then go into the office for my shift, work some more and even stay late. What happened next? I fainted. Not once. Not twice. Not three times. 😕⁣
⁣
Once I got that reality check, I knew I was doing something wrong. I was pouring from an empty cup and my dad always used to tell me, “If you die on the job, you’ll be replaced tomorrow.” So I made a change. I began researching how to use my morning time and came across “The Miracle Morning” by Hal Elrod and that book changed the way I viewed and used my morning hours. I also quit that job btw, but that’s another topic. ⁣
⁣
So I say this all to say, when you have free time to yourself, keep it for YOURSELF.
⁣
Do you have uninterrupted time for yourself? How are you using it? ⁣
