The Weekend Edit: Links I Loved This Week

This was one hell of a week. At the moment, I have so much going on between work and a few other projects I’m currently working on. I can tell you about one (the rest I rather wait until they’re almost complete), I finally started making my own pillowcases; it’s been an idea I’ve been thinking about for a while but never really had the guts to put my creativity out there — creatives know this feeling! To be quite honest, I have Elizabeth Gilbert, to thank. After finally finishing Big Magic back in December, I feel like a changed person. Every idea that I’ve ever let get away in the past, let’s just say I won’t allow that to happen again. Thanks, Liz! If you’re a creative, get the book, read it, highlight it, dog ear it, listen to her podcast, follow her on Twitter and let it sink in. Until then, here are my favorite things from this week (besides this pic I took of this gorgeous townhouse on my way to work one morning), that you can definitely enjoy during your spare time this weekend!

Podcasts to listen to this weekend:

I’ve recommended Myleik’s podcast back in this post. If you want some hardcore motivation, check out her latest podcast with Karleen Roy of The Vanity Group. You don’t want to miss this gem-dropping podcast.
