5AM Rise: May 23rd – June 13th
Did you know you are in charge of setting the tone for your day? This is why morning routines are so important. Putting yourself first is key. It’s okay to be selfish with your time. Having uninterrupted time to yourself will create a positive shift in your life.
As many of you know, I’m a morning person. I love the early morning hours when no one has access to me. While I didn’t always utilize that time in the best way, over the years, through research and application I have learned how to be more intentional with my 5AM morning routine. So, I am here to encourage you to do the same, and it’s something that I am extremely passionate about.
I created #TheAlyssaEffect 5AM challenge in January 2021 to offer women in my community the support they need to create a morning routine that complements their lifestyle and goals. It’s been quite an incredible experience and I’m so happy to continue this challenge which is now called 5AM Rise. We give so much of ourselves to others, this 21-day challenge is an opportunity for you to fill your cup up.
To join simply follow the steps below:
- Everyone is welcome to be a part of this journey but only 50 participants will be selected for the private accountability group which will be divided into 5 groups of 10. First come, first served. Click here to apply
- Out of the 5 groups, 1 group will be selected as the winner (based on progress, participation etc.) and each member of the group will be sent a care package to help elevate your morning routine.
